Pete's Retirement
This month we have celebrated the retirement of one of our long-standing employees.
Pete came to us originally for 2 weeks on a temporary basis back in 2011, but enjoyed his time with us here at Sterling Machining so much that he ended up staying for over 12 years!
Pete has always been a well-respected member of our team so we wanted to show our appreciation and celebrate with him as he moves onto the next chapter. We hosted a BBQ for Pete and welcomed the whole team together with a few familiar faces from the past.
Afterwards Pete thanked everyone and in his own words said “I was told by Andy the MD to keep coming until I tell you to stop” so 12 years later isn’t bad is it!!
We are sorry to see him go but obviously wish him all the best in his retirement.
