We offer a wide variety of services due to our extensive size range of CNC machining centres as well as our highly trained workforce. This enables us to cover a large spectrum of machined parts requirements in all types of materials. These include Inconel 625, 718, R14, Monel 400, 500, Nimonic 75, Waspaloy, Super Duplex and other heat resistant super alloys.

• CNC Turning – CNC turning operations ranging in size typically from diameters of 20mm up to 500mm varying in length up to 3.5m are available. Two of our specialist areas are the machining of long slender shafts as well as the machining of bores with silent tools boring bars. This is one of our main areas for subcontract machining.
• CNC Milling / Drilling - We offer CNC Milling / Drilling operations either to complete a turned component by simply adding a keyway or to machine a complete fabrication in many different shapes or sizes. This is also one of our main areas of subcontract machining
• Grinding – Cylindrical grinding service are available for components that require high accuracy or superior surface finish. This is good for final machining of long slender shafts that cannot be CNC turned without vibration issues.
• Quick turnaround of work- With the use of our CAD / CAM system we are capable of creating a working drawing and generating a program and processing it directly to the machine.
• Network of approved suppliers - We have a network of approved suppliers of materials and additional services such as heat treatment and plating to enable our customers a one stop shop facility.
• Advice on design – With our extensive knowledge and experience we can offer advice on design of components to ease manufacture and reduce cost. We can also offer advice on the design, manufacture and use of Extrusion Tooling gained through 30 years working in and supplying to the steel and yellow metal extrusion industry.
